At Mindful Kollaborative Strategies, retreats are created for women leaders who carry significant responsibility and are seeking rest, clarity, and renewal. These wellness retreats are especially supportive for women experiencing burnout, stress, or leadership and creative fatigue. Through mindful movement, time in nature, creative practices, nourishing meals, and meaningful conversation, each retreat creates space to slow down, settle, and reconnect. Rather than performance or pressure, the focus is on grounded, sustainable well-being.

The retreats and facilitated experiences are guided by unapologetic honesty, thoughtful insight, and genuine care. It’s shaped by decades of experience across entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and government systems, and by a deep understanding of how women lead and navigate within complex environments.

What sets this work apart is not a formula or a framework. It’s an ability to notice what’s happening beneath the surface, to see how pieces connect, and to name what matters with clarity and care.

The retreats and experiences offered through Mindful Kollaborative Strategies are held with presence, direct communication, and respect for the people who show up. Nothing here is performative.

This approach has been shaped over time through leading retreats, facilitating team experiences, and integrating mindful practices as a Registered Yoga Teacher, including more than a decade of stewardship at The Homestead 1854, a historic wellness retreat and wedding venue.

At the heart of this work is a belief that meaningful change requires honesty, participation, and a willingness to engage fully in the experience.
