Through yoga, meditation, creative practices, nourishing meals, and time in nature, participants experience renewal, reconnection, and a steadier sense of clarity.

What distinguishes these retreats is the emphasis on integration, supporting clarity and steadiness that carry forward long after the retreat concludes.

Group Wellness Retreats are custom-designed retreats for organizations, businesses, and collectives seeking a shared pause from the pace and demands of daily work. These experiences offer the same grounded, restorative approach as our wellness retreats, while being shaped specifically for the needs, context, and intentions of the group.

Depending on the group, retreats may include yoga and mindful movement, time outdoors, reflective exercises, creative practices, and guided conversation. Rather than centering performance or productivity, the focus is on presence, communication, and cultivating a more grounded way of being together.

YOGA & MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Mary Kay is a Registered Yoga Teacher and offers yoga and mindful movement as part of retreats, workshops, and select pop-up offerings. Beginning in 2026, she will offer additional pop-up yoga and mindful movement classes.

These practices support embodied awareness, stress reduction, and a more connected relationship with the body, breath, and the present moment.
